It’s OK to Be Yourself in Business

So I don’t offer bubble gum WAHM designs, so what? That’s what custom ordering and supplying your own images for me to put together in a wonderful bubble gum wrapper is in place for. After running into a few of these deal breakers of the fear my stuff is too unwahm appearing…whatever that means and not fitting that cutesy style I honestly thought about adding this look to my parade of design themes.

I thought about it, for about a minute before realizing “the HELL I ‘m gonna compromise“! I am an artist and I DO sell my designs. I also will create the look ANYONE wants as a custom design, so I am diverse. I just don’t HAVE to be NOR will I ever be like everyone else.

Who I am is represented in my business and I am proud of it…I rather like that my personality pukes over through the design without much effort. My premade designs scream of my style and my custom work wreaks of my diversity in designing. You know what my site really, above all states? I AM DAMN GOOD and that’s what serious people are looking for when it comes to designs…someone who can pull off there vision! That my friends is something I am beyond capable of doing!

Have you found yourself struggling with how to represent yourself in business? I think many of us think about it. Some of us hide behind a shell…playing nice, keeping the piece…the good ol’ smile and nod kinda BS you’d find in a real J.O.B. for the bottom line of our business.

Honestly, I firmly believe by being yourself will achieve more in the bottom line. Why? If people feel they really know you for you, not who you think they want you to be, they stick around and trust, equaling repeat business AND if your lucky a truly lasting relationship!

I know I talk a lot about personality in business, being yourself  and all that on a regular basis BUT the relevancy is still there, the importance to get this across is sorely needed! Too many people are transparent in this business, too many are fake, too many are to busy people pleasing to know if they are really a person!

IT IS OK to be yourself in business! If your going to be doing business with me…you better bet your bottom dollar you’re getting someone real, fantastic and herself!
