		<description>I so respond to body weight training which since my move I have been so off schedule with it and the riding the stationary bike isn&#039;t cutting it. The weight training is where I see honest size differences, my body just responds better to it. Not that cardio is out, I do feel more energetic with cardio, I just don&#039;t see the results with it as quickly. </description>
